The legislative act stipulates changing the organizational structure of the National Guard of Ukraine, specifying a number of military men, norms on using firearms, appointing and dismissing from high command positions, involving reservists for fulfilling obligations of the National Guard.
The Law also establishes the order of implementing functions on protecting nuclear facilities, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, and other state sources of ionizing radiation, important state objects and special cargos.
Respective amendments were made to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Guard of Ukraine".
The bill was registered under No. 1848.
